Confusion over existing orders

I originally placed my first order (order1869) around 6/15 for 4 Long Beach baseball hats (2 blue-1 black and 1 gray). I received confirmation on the order on 6/16. On 6/28 I received a delivery containing the 2 blue hats but nothing else. Some time had gone by and I eventually sent an email about the missing two hats. On 9/8 I received the black hat. I’m still awaiting delivery on the gray hat and again haven’t received any update.
